The challenge
Every organization operates in an increasingly turbulent social context, punctuated by the consequences of global warming, social upheavals, and conflicts. This context, coupled with the complexity and opacity of supply chains, exposes companies to numerous risks.
On the other hand, organizations directly or indirectly endorse the practices of their suppliers and subcontractors and share responsibility for the impacts they generate.
This is why it is important to put in place tools to frame decision-making and other internal purchasing practices, whether based on a product/service-specific approach or one that considers the actors in the supply chain as a whole.
